OFFICE HOURS Reception: Open 24HRS - 7 Days Per Week. CHECK-IN: Arrivals from 12:00noon Standard Rooms sleep a maximum of three people including children and babies. A credit card is strictly required for any arrivals after 6:00pm. Bookings made via the website after 12 midnight are reserved for that following evening and not the previous night. Bookings must be made prior to midnight to be reserved for that night. Eg: A booking made via the Internet before midnight on 5 Feb 2008 will be reserved for 5 Feb 2008. Bookings made at 12:05am will be reserved for 6 Feb 2008 and not 5 Feb 2008. Please note if you are not the credit card holder for the reserved booking, you must contact the hotel prior to your arrival to advise that you will not have the credit card to present to our staff on checkin. Hotel staff will then ask you to pay a security bond in cash. Limited parking is available onsite for a small fee. During major events, it is reccommended that you arrive early for check in to secure a car park.
